Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid UPS return shipping label via email at no cost to you.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the product in its original box with all internal protective packaging to ensure it arrives back at our facility safely.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
